Mocha Moms, Inc. has two forms of membership: local chapter affiliation and at-large membership.

Local chapter affiliation
Local chapter members participate in monthly support meetings, chapter community service projects, mom's night outs, fundraisers and all other communal activities of a chapter. The annual membership fee is $40. To participate in two local chapters (dual membership), the annual membership fee iss $60.

At-large members
At-large members participate in all national, regional, state and online activities of Mocha Moms, Inc. At-large members receive all communications from the national office and are kept informed by an at-large liaison. At-large membership is available to anyone, even if there is a chapter in your area. The annual membership fee is $30.

Chapter Membership
  Description:  This is the membership option to join one specific chapter in any state.

Dual Chapter Membership
  Description:  This is the membership option to join two individual chapters.
  Rates:
Membership price:  $60.00
At Large Membership
  Description:  This is the option to have general non-chapter specific membership. Please note this option does not entitle you to chapter specific events without prior authorization, even if they are in your local area.

Chapter President
  Description:  Reserved designation for Chapter presidents and/or Co-Presidents only. All submissions will be reviewed for approval. If you are a newly elected Chapter President, please ensure that an Officer Update Form has been sumbitted to Nationals.

State Coordinator
  Description:  Reserved designation for State Coordinators pre-approved by National Board Only. All submissions will be reviewed and/or approved by the National Office.
  Rates:
Membership price:  $40.00
Regional / Network Director
  Description:  Reserved designation for Regional Leaders and Network Directors pre-approved by the National Board Only. All submissions will be reviewed and/or approved by the National Office.

National Executive Board Member
  Description:  National Board Member Designation Only. All submissions will be reviewed and/or approved by the National President.
